How to delete your account

We're sorry you're considering leaving! If you've decided to delete your account, here's what to do:

Speak with our Support Team

  • Log in to your ALQEN dashboard.

  • Click the live chat widget in the bottom right corner.

  • Tell the support team you want to delete your account.

  • Let them know why you're deleting your account (this helps us improve!).

Our team will verify your identity and delete your account. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.

Before you delete your account, consider:

  • Downgrading: Could downgrading your plan be a better option?

  • Exporting data: Do you need to download any important information?

  • Lost features: Are you aware of the features you'll lose access to?

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
