We're sorry to see you go. If you've decided to cancel your ALQEN subscription, follow these steps:
Steps to Cancel Your Account
Log into the ALQEN Dashboard
Find the Settings option in the sidebar
Click on "Manage your billing"
You'll be redirected to Stripe, where your subscription details are managed
Here, you have the option to either pause or cancel your subscription
Click on "Cancel Plan"
Click on "Cancel Plan" again to confirm and fully cancel your plan
That's it! Your ALQEN subscription has now been canceled.
Important Note:
- Canceling your plan will immediately end your access to ALQEN's premium features
