Need to change your ALQEN plan? Here's how to downgrade:
Steps to downgrade
Log in to your ALQEN Dashboard.
Click Settings in the sidebar.
Click Manage your billing. (This will take you to Stripe, where your subscription is handled.)
Click Update Plan.
Choose the plan you want to downgrade to.
Click Continue to confirm.
That's it! Your new plan will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll keep your current features until then.
