Sometimes, your scan might not show any results. Don't worry! This usually happens because of small mistakes in how you set up your scan. Here's how to fix it:

Common Problems and How to Solve Them

  1. Wrong Column Matching:

    • Make sure you matched the right columns to the right information.

    • Check that your product codes (like UPC or ASIN) are in the right column.

  2. Missing Information:

    • Look at your spreadsheet. Are any important columns empty?

    • Make sure you have all the information ALQEN needs to do the scan.

  3. Wrong Product Code Type:

    • Did you pick the right kind of product code? (UPC, ASIN, or WPID)

    • ALQEN needs to know what kind of code to look for.


How to Try Your Scan Again

  1. Check Your Spreadsheet:

    • Make sure all the important information is there.

    • Check that you picked the right kind of product code.

  2. Match Your Columns Again:

    • Make sure the 'Product ID Type' is matched to the column with your product codes.

    • Check that 'Product Cost' is matched to the column with your costs.

  3. Upload Your File Again:

    • Upload your spreadsheet one more time.

    • Double-check all your settings before you start the scan.
