Want to know what other Amazon sellers are doing? Our Seller Research tool can help you do that. It shows you information about other sellers, which can help you understand your competition and the market better.

What is Seller Research?

Seller Research helps you:

  • See what your competitors are doing

  • Understand how well you're doing compared to others

  • Spot trends in the Amazon marketplace


How to Use Seller Research

1. Find Sellers to Look At

To start, you can:

  • Type a seller's name in the search bar

  • Use filters to find sellers based on things like:

    • What they sell

    • Their Amazon Seller ID

    • How much money they make

    • How many products they have


2. Use More Filters

After your first search, you can use more filters to focus on exactly what you want to know. For example, you can look for sellers based on:

  • Their ratings from customers

  • What products they're selling right now

  • Other details we have in our system


3. Get Detailed Information About a Seller

Want to know more about a specific seller? Here's what to do:

  1. Find the seller in your search results

  2. Click the three dots next to their name

  3. You'll see three tabs with more information:

Overview Tab

Shows important information like:

  • The seller's name and address

  • How much of their stuff is shipped by Amazon vs. shipped by themselves


Offers Tab

Shows all the products the seller has on Amazon. You can see:

  • How their prices change over time

  • How well their products are selling

  • How their products compare to yours


Brand Coverage Tab

Shows what brands the seller carries. This can help you:

  • Find possible partners

  • See what brands are popular in your area

  • Discover new competitors
