When you use ALQEN's Bulk Spreadsheet Scanner, you'll see a menu bar with useful tools. These tools help you work faster and make the scanner fit your needs. Let's look at what each tool does:
Fees Button
Click this to add in your costs:
Shipping Cost: How much you pay to ship each pound of products
Prep Cost: How much it costs to get each item ready to sell
Taxes: The percentage of tax you pay on your products
Inbound Placement Fees (Amazon Only): Additional FBA fees Amazon applies when distributing sellers' inventory across multiple warehouses
Rescan Button
Click this to get the newest information about your products. It will update things like prices and how well products are selling.
Note: You can't view your sheet while it's re-scanning.
Fulfillment Type
Your selection here also affects your profit calculations, since Amazon or Walmart may add extra fulfillment fees. This lets you choose how you’ll send products to customers:
Amazon
FBA: Amazon ships for you. They handle packing, shipping, and returns, but charge fulfillment fees.
FBM: You ship your own orders. You save on Amazon’s fulfillment fees, but handle shipping and customer service yourself.
Walmart
WFS: Walmart ships for you. Walmart takes care of packing and shipping, adding its own fulfillment fees.
MFN: You ship yourself (for Walmart). You avoid Walmart’s fulfillment fees, but manage your own shipping and service.

Reset View
If you ever need a fresh start, Reset View takes your table back to its default layout. It clears out all filters, sorts, and column changes you’ve made, so you can begin again with a clean slate:
1. Click the arrow next to Refresh at the top of your table.
2. Select Reset View from the dropdown menu.
3. Your table will revert to its original settings, ready for you to customize anew.

Search for columns by name to find them quickly.
Check or uncheck columns to show or hide them.
Drag the dotted handle next to a column name to rearrange its order.
This way, you can customize your table for a clearer view of the most important details.
